Delete Your NovaAnswer Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your NovaAnswer (Beacon) account, published by NovaAnswer, and what data is removed.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Fastest way — from the app or portal (recommended):

  1. Open the Beacon app, go to Settings → Delete Account, or sign in at nova-answer.com/portal and open Account → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm with your password. Your account and all data are erased immediately.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases all of your data, including:

All of the above is deleted immediately and is not retained. Routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation within 30 days. We keep no data after deletion except records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing/tax records, where applicable).
