These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Nova Answer ("we", "us", or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1.Program Description

When you opt in, Nova Answer may send you text messages related to your account and the Services, which may include:

This is a transactional and service-based messaging program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not require SMS consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Note that incoming calls are delivered to your Beacon app through push notifications, not by SMS.

Messages your assistant sends on your behalf. Separately from the program above, if you build a call flow that includes a "send a text message" step, your assistant will send the message you configured to the recipient you choose (such as a caller) as part of handling your calls. You are responsible for those messages and for obtaining any consent required to send them.

2.How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide consent to receive text messages by taking an affirmative action, such as entering your mobile number and agreeing during registration in the Beacon app or on our website, or by texting us first. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you agree to receive automated text messages at that number.

3.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. For example, you may receive a one-time code when you register, sign in, or request account deletion, plus occasional security or account notices. You will not receive recurring marketing messages.

4.Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Nova Answer does not charge for the text messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.

5.Opt-Out — Cancelling Messages

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

You may also reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. Note that opting out of SMS may affect features that rely on text messaging, such as one-time login codes.

7.Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

8.Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide through this program to transmit your messages and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
